Clay Telecom has the worst customer service seriously! I have been trying to get my refund of Rs 3500/-  which I was overcharged 2 months back when I had used their sim card in Malaysia. Depsite them agreeing to overcharging my bill by the amount and promising the refund within 3 working days, its been 2 months now and there has been no action from their end. None of their customer care executives have been of any help. They just keep making me talk to someone new all the times. I am sure they dont care about any customer, after pocketing the monies! Its more of a torture than ease of using their sim cards anywhere.. Really bad experience.
