Clay Sim Cards are nothing but a sham!!! I was in France using a prepaid clay global sim card. Must i say that the customer service executives are the worst that i have ever dealt with. I was facing issues with recharging my number – its a complex procedure any which ways and with the employees nothing was made simpler for me. I not only lost 50 pounds to recharge, that never got through but also my time arguing with the execs to refund the money, which also never got refunded. I would have been better off without a clay sim card.
