Clay Sim Cards have the worst customer services --- When they have to sell their sim cards, they will call you a million times in the day and treat you like a king, but when it comes to returning the security, they not only refuse to answer your calls but also stop responding to your emails. I have been trying to contact Mr Prashant for my refund money but he refuses to address my calls or emails. And when I emailed him from my friends id for a London clay sim requirement, he instantly replied. Clay Telecom, please refund my money before I take a legal action.
