Not only are their services poor, but their customer support adds a cherry to the cake of problems. While I was still trying to use my Singapore Clay Sim Card which wasn’t working at all, I called the support team for help. It took me 20 mins to get throough that number and then they have the most misinformed staff working for them who seemed to not only lack the basic knowledge but also manners. Anyways, learnt my lesson and wont ever be using their services again.
