I used a Clay Sim for the US from 1st Dec till the 17th Dec for which they generated a bill around the 2nd of Jan for some 7,000 rs which they directly debited from my card. Then again I got a debit notice around the 10th of Jan for another 6000 rs against the same number for its usage. So when I called their customer care number and asked them for an explanation as to why my card was debited twice for the same number with a gap of 8 days they had no answer for this. Infact they gave me some lame reasoning that the billing cycle must be different. I mean how is it even possible that for the second bill I got no details of the usage but only a debit message. After 15 days of this drama they realisied their mistake and have refunded the money. I doubt that after this experience that I will ever use any of their services again in the future
