Poor on customer service experience ---- I bought a prepaid Clay Sim card from the delhi airport for US and must say i have never felt more misinformed in my life. Clay has the worst customer support team employed with them. I was told that the sim wud automatically pick the network but once i landed and inserted the sim card to make my first call, there was nothing. For the first 20 mins i kept trying everything possible but ultmimately gave up and called the customer care @ 11-******** and my call was transferred from one person to the other but no one had either an answer or a solution. All that they kept on saying was it is automatic so it will happen. ! And indeed it did happen a day before my return!! Horrible!!
