Their latest strategy is to add "arbitration" clause in the final sale deed as part of cheating or trickery.
They are denying fundamental right of buyers to approach judiciary to get justice.

Typically, such Arbitrators will be retired, un employed and corrupt judges.
Having appointed one of their chamchas, they will sign wherever Clarion wants them to sign.In short, these are Kangaroo courts operating outside the Indian judicial system.
