i have couriered a mobile display on 31.03.2017 through the professional courier palavakkam and i was insisted to ship the item through their premium service for damage less shipment and so i did courier it with NO:PRO5119817 and when it was delivered it was damaged and when i informed the area manager about it ,he said me give a complaint letter with the photo copie of the receipt and damaged product and so i did it.But then its been more than three months he hasn't taken any action and been saying i have processed it and regional officer manager has to sign it.NOTE he treats like a illiterate and doesn't even respect me.he just gives a unconditional look like why should i respond and also gives a answer "I DON'T KNOW".Its been more than three months plzz find me a solution for this
