I am smt pramila y ahire humbaly requsted to u after my husband deth I purches plot in nashik with help Mr k s sonawne living satana cheting start with this person when I give it to devlopment they cheated me for one flat area 92.93 sq.mt.My plot area on recored 495.00 sq.mt I will give to devlopment area is 328.59 sq.mt diffrence is 166.41 sq.mt cheated area is 92.93 sq.mt today cost is above 70 lakhs I am wido i have one son and his famely but I have loss my my proprty by delovpment
I will give to delovp my plot to Mr priven b pawar ,Mr sunil n khirnar and arcitect Mr mahindra bachhave lives in nashik this arcitect is most cheated person in nashik
And they give me as per delovpment agriment area of flat 92.93 sq.mt and shop area 22.30 sq mt after clearing by survy dept plot area is 495.00 sq.mt diduction of delovpment area is 166.41.sq.mt In this area 2 shop area 44.60 sq.mt and one flat area 92.93 which is sold by them without my permision they cheated me one another cheate by them i.e. commen toilet in shown in shop no 1 area of toilet 3.91 sq.mt and they have collect that place cost and they put toilet in my shop means my area which not in delovpment agriment its done byMr priven pawar and Mr manindra bachhave who is architect of this site now I face problum that toilet area cost is not given by bullder nor architet nor whom I sold that shop that person and both are oppose me for out side toilet in bulding I fath on bullder and arcitect but they cheated me for toilet area and one flated area I humbaly requsted that please give me justis and retrun me one flat or todays flat cost to me I hope u will give me justis I have all paper in behalf me
I am wido I have no income sorce I m depend on this proprty so please help me
