Dear Sir,


1. I purchased UMI X2 mobile vide order IDJLJIS39916 dated 21st April 2013 through online payment as per their mail attached for Rs. 14,000/-. Advance paid Rs. 500/-. Annexure I
2. Due to their internal problems, they are still not able to supply the mobile phone ordered and now agreed to provide upgraded version. Annexure II
3. The option to make balance payment of Rs. 13,500/- which I tried could not get through-Annexure III.

Now they have withdrawn the facility to make balance payment and asking me to seek refund of token money or pay Rs. 19000/- instead of Rs. 13,500/- as per the telephonic conversation with the UMI official, Mr. Hemant Jain.

Please look into the matter and get stopped unfair trade practices in India being carried on by UMI, a China company.
