I Sumit Kumar was staying in Flat no. 203, Eshwari Pride Apartment, 3rd cross TMN Street, New Thippsandra 560075, Bangalore.
I paid the owner Rs 80000 as a security deposit which I was supposed to be paid back at the the time of vacating the flat
I vacated the flat on Feb 5 2013 and left for Delhi after depositing the cheque.
The owner (Mr Anand M) provided me a cheque (Cheque number 019488 , ICICI Bank) of Rs 38000 (after deducting maintenance and last month rent) at the time of vacating the flat.
I deposited the cheque in my HDFC bank account. The cheque got bounced. Now I am continuously calling him, initially he was disconnecting the call and now his phone is switched off, also I sent him the message but didnt got any reply further he is also not available in person when visited his house. In all he is not entertaining any kind of communication.

As an evidence I have provided account statement where it mentioned that Rs 38000 "got refunded due to in-suffecient fund", also bank deducted Rs 100 as Cheque Return charges.

Please him help me in getting my money back, I am under lot of tension from past two days.
