Good Day.

My name is Mahesh Chunilal Nerkar. I am from Andheri, Mumbai. I am B Com
graduate and I was looking for my further study basically in MBA for that my
self registered in Siksha.com. Its help me to get vital information.

On basis of my info in Siksha.com, ACEAS (Located in Gujarat) has approach me to
get admission in GLOBAL OPEN UNIVERSITY (GOU) which I accept. CEAS has told me
that I have to pay course fee in installment, so I paid my 1st Installment of
Rs. 6625/-.


After that I inquired about my admission status to ACEAS. They replied me that I
have to pay full amount of course which I can’t afford. So I request to do what?
Then they suggested me to take TRANSFER my admission in other institute. This
was not acceptable and affordable for me. So ACEAS agree to return my fees by
deduction charges which approximately Rs. 2500/-. For this I am also argree but
still no sign for returning my fees.


Pls advice me, what I can do ? & can u help me in that ?
