The name of our company is Negen Infotech Pvt. Ltd. We are operating in Bangalore, India. One Mr. Vikash Singh from B2B Brain got in touch with us over telephone regarding Bulk SMS. He had sent us a quotation of Rs. 1500/- for 1 Lac Bulk SMS on 7th of May,2012. We had transferred an amount of Rs. 1500/- on 17th of May,2012 from our company's current a/c to the a/c no. provided by him. In between Mr. Vikash had called us many a times, gave online demo of his SMS and requested us to clear the payment as soon as possible. But Mr. Vikash Singh disappeared as soon as we made the payment through online transfer. Neither he's receiving our call nor he had delivered us 1 Lac SMS for which we have paid an amount of Rs. 1500/-. Therefore, I on behalf of my company request the concerned authority to look in to the matter and take strict action on such type of tout.
