I had purchased my BPL fridge on 11 Jun 10 form visakhapatnam. Fridge is having problem since last 01 week, I contact the dealer from where I purchased my fridge, he told me to contact BPL toll free no-1800 425 1800. I am trying to contact this number since last 05 days but no one is picking up the phone. again today i contact the dealer, he gave me two other numbers of BPL services (0891-2746117/0891-2754718). Again i contact at that number & they gave me another no ********66 to contact. After contact at that no he was giving me another no and told u do whatever u want instead of solving my problem. So this is totally cheating with the customers. Please take necessary action.
