Respected sir,
I'm S.Srinvas, 26 yrs S/o S. Ramchander staying in Ramanthapur, Hyd has given a hand loan to vijaya bhasker son in law of vemagiri rathallu an amount Rs.25500/- (15500 through NEFT ICICI bank & 10000 cash deposit in andhra bank ATM) on 02-06-2016 & 03-08-2016 . Actually i was a site engineer in apartment in Pragathi nagar hyd & in our opp. building he used to stay as watchman , One day he asked for a hand loan on above dates, he kept a promise that he would return money within 1 month, but later he had not stood on his words. He suddenly one day shifted to his native place GOWRI LAKSHMAMA KOTTU, JAGGAIAH CHERVVU, PITHHAPURAM. He is not even lifting mobile. As he is not lifting mobile i came to PITHAPURAM PS and lodged a written compliant on 17-01-2017 by submitting proofs. On that day he said within 2 months he would clear the money immediately.But till now ie., almost 9 months passed away but no response.When i called to Pithapuram Ps they are saying to come and solve directly.But, plz understand my situation as i'm working employee, long to pithapuram,transportation all are losses for me. Hence kindly catch hold culprit and get me amount by check or online. I'm uploading a proof of 15500/- and another proof i had submitted in ps on 17-01-2017.
