Sir,
Mr Moorthy holding a shop in RTO Office Complex Yelhanka New Town Bangalore has collected amount for changing the address proof of my Driving Licence a month before. He has not done the job as well as not returning the money by saying simple excuses. If we leave people like him to perform these kind of activities , many other people may suffer like i him. I humbly request you to initiate a necessary action against him to stop his business hence forth.
