I ordered an INTEC 42 INCH LED SMART TV IV421UHD from junglimart.com on 28/05/2016 and paid Rs 9600 via paytm. The listed cost of the item is Rs 24900. Their customer representative told on the phone to pay Rs9600 at the time of booking and pay the rest at the time of delivery. I received an email promptly saying that the item was shipped. It had a shipment number but the email didn't mention the name of the courier on which I could track the item. I subsequently spoke to them on their listed phone numbers (********92, ********59) when I felt that there was something wrong. The contact numbers were often switched off even during the contact times specified on their junglimart.com website. Then when they did pick up the phone, I was given contradictory information. On one occasion I was told that it has been shipped by DTDC but that I couldn't track it using the shipment number provided. The customer representatives were also been rude in their interactions. I've come across a cyber complaint against junglimart on your website where a customer had exactly the same problems as I've had. He too didn't get his ordered item and was given wrong information. So I then asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They initially told me that they will have to send my email to their authorities who would authorise a refund. Then when they agreed to give me a refund he told that as I had transferred money using paytm. Currently they mostly don't pick my phone calls. Sometimes, they disconnect my call after picking up and often their phone is switched off. Today they did answer my phone and said I should wait for an email regarding a refund. I'm attaching the receipt of my payment. Please help me get my money refunded. More importantly, I want their website to be blacklisted so that they are not able to fool other people like me.
