With reference to this E-mail/Complaint of the Subject, That I Rehan Khan R/o-Jasmine Block G-104-Niho Scottish Garden-Ahinsa Khand-2, Indirapuram-Ghaziabad-UP-201010, here as a Complainant would like to draw your kind attention and for your extreme action against Fraud and Cheating done by the “Suksh Technologies Pvt Ltd-Bangaloreâ€, since 2008 to till date.
Complainant request to all of you kindly take necessary action against aforesaid company on the basis of following grounds;
1. That Complainant had visited Online Store Website i.e. www.100bestbuy.com for the purchase of Samsung Galaxy Fame S6812 Mobile for the Amount of INR 8246/ (Eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty Six Only) on 21st September 2013.
2. That Complainant had made Online Payment through My Spouse ICICI Bank Saving A/c No-********5819 in the Name of Rabiba Masood via Internet Banking on 21st September 2013 and Value Date was 22nd September 2013 for the Amount of INR 8246/, for your reference transaction detail is pasted from ICICI Bank Website.

4. That Complainant Checked at Website for his Ordered Product at www.100bestbuy.com from their Ordered Product Tracking Option, But There is Nothing Seen at the Product Status.
5. That Complainant had Made the Payment and did not receive any Product Order related E-mail from www.100bestbuy.com except this Email (See Attachment) and One SMS from Lm-Moneyd on 22nd September 2013 at 12.50.44 AM with this detail- “Congrats we are sending you the to the Address: HOUSENO.103 KHAWAJGIT, City: Ghaziabad.
6. That Complainat had made a Call to www.100bestbuy.com customer care Team on this No-0********00 also written an E-mail for Wrong Updated Address by the www.100bestbuy.com at Shipping Detail.
7. That Complainant had got confirmation from www.100bestbuy.com that Complainant Ordered Product will be delivered within Week from the ordered Date.
8. That Complainant again made a call at Customer Care Number asked about ordered product and Attended Executive told complainant that ordered Product had been dispatched by the Airway Bill Number- F******** of First Flight Courier, Therefore Complainat continue trying to contact with First Flight Courier regarding Ordered Product but they never replied about Shipment.
9. That Complainat again contacted with Courier Company through several E-mails and Phones, therefore Complainant received unexpected reply from www.100bestbuy.com That Ordered Product Color White is not available in stock, so Complainant asked about Fake Airway Bill Number and about this they disconnect the phone without any satisfactory reply.
10. That Complainat went to www.100bestbuy.com website and found the Information that “Suksh Technologies Pvt Ltd†is the Based company of www.100bestbuy.com online store.
11. That Complainat worried about his Money INR 8246 which was paid against Ordered Product on 21st September 2013 and went for deep analysis of Suksh Technologies Pvt Ltd and got sufficient Information.
12. That Complainat found relevant Information through Internet Surfing and Got there are lots of consumers, who are facing this type of Problems from www.100bestbuy.com
13. That Complainat searched for CEO’s Contact Details of “Suksh Technologies Pvt Ltd†for this Issue but Nothing Information has been got and at www.100bestbuy.com Page CEO Contact Page does not open.
14. That Complainant had written an E-mail to mentioned E-mail Id’s of www.100bestbuy.com (See Attachment), and first time I had received an E-mail from Mr. Charan of Legal Team of www.100bestbuy.com also received a call from Mr. Charan with contact Number of-0********66 and discussed about Complainant’s Issue and apologies and committed that ordered product will be delivered within week and told ordered product White Color is not available only Blue Color is available about that Complainant also written an E-mail for acceptance of Blue Color and assured for dispatch of the Product.
15. That Complainant had made a call to Mr. Charan as well as E-mail, for confirmation of the product, but in evening Mr. Charan told that due to Holiday Your product will be dispatched by Wednesday i.e. 16th October 2013.
16. That Complainat had made a call also written an E-mail for current status of Product, but Mr. Charan was unable to reply due to his meeting but in reply Complainant had received an E-mail from Legal Team of www.100bestbuy.com and asking some more time.
17. That Complainat have no choice right now except this Complaint with Respectable Concern Authorities of Karnataka Government.
18. That Complainat confident about www.100bestbuy.com, that they will never dispatched complainant’s ordered product.
19. That Complainant’s had made a Payment on 21st September 2013 and today is 17th October 2013 and there is no any hope.

2. That Suksh Technologies Pvt Ltd listed 5 Online Stores at their website, These websites are

www.100bestbuy.com – Online Store
www.umantra.com – Online Store
www.100floors.com website is Not Working
3. That www.100bestbuy.com is offering consumers for High Value Mobile or Product for the Value of INR 800-900 approximate under several schemes like Lucky Draw etc.
4. That www.100bestbuy.com online store is only for cheating and fraud purpose, if they don’t have product then they should update their website-Product is Unavailable, but they did not do.
5. That www.100bestbuy.com had given wrong Airway Bill Number for the only purpose of passing time avoiding scam.
6. That www.100bestbuy.com Customer Care Number is always busy for 30-40 Minutes, if you are continue waiting for connect the Customer Care, after some time Phone will be automatically disconnect.
7. That www.100bestbuy.com Customer Care’s Team have no any relevant information about Customer’s Problems or Issue.
8. That www.100bestbuy.com does not provide any Invoice or Order Number through E-mail or SMS.
9. That www.100bestbuy.com site if you want to track your ordered product status, you will never found any Information about your Product.
10. That www.100bestbuy.com is listed under Suksh Technologies Pvt Ltd Company and they have already 3 more online store every online store’s contact details are same.
11. That No any Online store do thing like www.100bestbuy.com

COMPLAINT AGAINST 100 bestbuy.com
On 15.11.2013 i made a payment of Rs. 699/- through credit card towards the contest for winning Samsung Grand Mobile. After phoning them i learned that they have the contest on 15th of every month, and the lucky winner will be informed through mail and phone. And if you do not win then your amount will automatically transferred to the credit points equivalent to your money, and by using this credit points you can buy any other product from them. This way they make the fool of people
As i was in need of a new mobile, so again on 7.12.13 i made a payment of Rs.19,132/- through credit card, The below image shows that the product is dispatched through first flight courier, but no dispatch details is provided. I am regularly following up with the courier company and 100bestbuy, but every time 100bestbuy customer care is keeping me hold for average 7-9 min and then giving totally irrelevant response to the status of my order, some give the commitment of 1-3 days period.. this is happening since beginning.
