I AM A VODAFONE CUSTOMER,MOBILE NO-********67.ON 19/07/2015,AT 06:27 AM A VALUE ADDED SERVICE WRONGLY(UNINTENTIONALLY) ACTIVATED IN MY MOBILE,THOUGH I HAVEN'T OPTED FOR THAT SERVICE AND FOR THIS REASON RS-125 DEDUCTED FROM MY MOBILE BALANCE.AT THE EVENING WHEN I CAME TO KNOW ,BY GOING THROUGH THE MESSAGE IN MY MOBILE ,I IMMEDIATELY CALLED VADAFONE CUSTOMER CARE CALL -CENTER(191) AT AROUND 20:15 HRS(SR#1********8)(BEFORE 24 HRS FROM VALUE ADDED SERVICE ACTIVATION).I EXPLAINED ALL THE ABOVE HAPPENING TO THE VODAFONE CALL-CENTER
REPRESENTATIVE & REQUESTED HIM TO DEACTIVATE THE VALUE-ADDED SERVICE & REFUND MY DEDUCTED RS 125 TO MY A/C. THE CORRESPONDENT CONFIRMED ME THAT HE HAS DEACTIVATED THE VALUE-ADDED SERVICE & I WILL GET MY REFUND BACK WITHIN NEXT 24 HRS. BUT ON 20/07/2015,FROM
THE VODAFONE CUST- CARE CENTER AT CHINAMANDIR JESSORE RD, I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THE CALL-CENTER REPRESENTATIVE ONLY DEACTIVATED THE VALUE ADDED SERVICE ,BUT INTENTIONALITY DIDN'T OPTED THE REFUND OPTION,THOUGH HE HAS COMMITTED ME FOR THAT REFUND.
THIS IS REALLY A HEART BREAKING FOR ME, AS I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF VODAFONE & I DIDN'T EXPECT IT FROM A
SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE VODAFONE WHOSE BANNER IS'READY TO HELP PEOPLE',BUT INTENTION IS 'READY TO CHEAT CUSTOMER ' WHENEVER IS POSSIBLE.
FURTHER ,I WILL SURRENDER THE CONNECTION VERY SOON IF I DON'T GET MY REFUND BACK .I WILL ALSO POST THIS CHEATING INCIDENT TO ALL MY KNOWN
