The above automobile repairer- Mr Yogi took money by showing Maruti Van in September 2016. I paid him Rs 75,000 ( Seventy five thousand) he promised me to deliver the Marithi Van by showing the original documents. Later he said he will transfer the RTO work and handover the vehicle.
But unfortunately after money was paid to him he started absconding and started avoiding calls. I started doubting his credibility later and started visiting his workshop and he avoided completely.
Without any luck, I realized that I was cheated then I went to Bangashankari police station to complaining about Yogi's case of cheating. I wrote in a paper and complained to ASI-lady ASI by Name Prema. She also tried to reach him but she failed to track him. When his tracking happens I was told by police that the complaint should be lodged to Girinagar Police station and hence they will not take up.. I agreed to them.
Now, it's too long that I have no hope to recover money and the cheater must be taught a lesson so that he will not repeat the same at least to others .
Therefore, I am filling a complaint Yogi to trace him and punish him suitably.
