I am Gautam from Bangalore. I had to book tickets for my parents from Mumbai to Bangalore. For this purpose, I found out about an agent from my friend whose friends had booked through an agent based in Kolkata. I called him and he told me to transfer the ticket amount to his account and in a couple of days he will book the tickets and send it to me. I transferred the amount to him on Dec 19th 2012 for travel date of 7th Jan 2013. After this, he just stopped recieving my calls and whenever i called him from a different number he used to tell me that he is sending the ticket now. But that never happened. Finally on 1st Jan, he booked the tickets and sent it to me. But when my parents and grandmother reached Mumbai airport for their flight they found that the agent had cancelled the tickets without informing us. My parents had to undergo a lot of mental tension due to this and they had to run a lot for new tickets to be issued. I had transferred INR 9018 to the agent and my parents had to spend around INR 20,000 for the tickets amounting to a total loss of around INR 15,000. After that whenever I have called him for a refund he is either cutting my call on seeing my number and when I call him from some other number he tells me that he will send in a couple of days. I have waited pateintly enough for this to happen and now I have lost my patience. I am submitting whatever proof I have against him. Apart from that I have no information about his office or location. Please help me in getting my money back.
