I,Ratnabalaraju.N.J,President of SLV Paramount,owners association,at 723,9th Main,HBR Layout,2nd Block,Bangalore - 560043,Mob.Ph.No.********09,write to state as follows; ,Mr.Mathai,Prop.T & T Elevators,Jalahalli Villge,Bangalore,was entrusted with annual maintainence contract of lift installed at our apartment at No,723,SLV Paramount,9th Main,2nd Block,HBR Layout,Bangalore - 560043.The Lift installed was not working properly.
The prop.of T & T was informed.Mr.Manthai, informed that the lift requires repairs & replacement of lift Sensors.Mr.Mathai,asked us to pay a sum of Rs.12000/-,towards cost of replacement of sensors & for repairs.Accordingly,we paid Rs.12000/- to Mr.Mathai,on 26th July 2016.But,firm did not take up repair work even after a lapse of more 3 Months.Mr.Manthai,was contacted several times over phone on several times.Inspite of our persuation, the repair work not done.Now,Mathai,is not responding & lifting my phone calls.
Mr.Mathai,has cheated us.Due to not functioning of lift in the apartment,residents,specially,aged persons are suffering.Hence,I request you to kindly take action against the above firm,book a cheating case against Mr.Mathai.Also,request you to kindly,arrange to get back our amount of Rs.12000/- immediately.
