I have booked Maruti Shift Lxi (optional) in Kalyan Motor showroom (Plot no 2, Raghavendra Nagar, Nacharam Road, Hyderabad500076) on 06.08.2016. It was going to be my first car of my life. I was committed that the car would be delivered within one month of booking days. I was in believe that it is going to be delivered timely.
After just 12 days, to break the silence of showroom person and to get updation about car delivery, I called up to Aziz (Sales persons). I was just wondered to hear that the car can’t be delivered as Maruti Company has stopped production of SHIFT LXi(o) and same time I was just asked to cancel the booking. I was shocked. I was just requested him to recheck. After that I was been regularly started receiving request to cancel and upgrade my choice to VXi.
It is a simple cheating case and playing & hurting the sentiments of consumers. I am questioning Maruti company!!! would they are aware of such unethical issues, after all it is a matter of reputation and image of MARUTI COMPANY. I would request to short out my issue ASAP. In the same time, request to take severe action against Kalyan Motor –Hyd.
I hope to get response fast and I will get my chosen car in time.
