Dear Sir,
Trailing mail are self explanatory.
main points are-
1.Bicycle not delivered even after repeated reminders,
2.unloading was not done by them as per bill contract.
3.damage goods as mentioned in drivers copy was not taken for any action
4.Demanded excess money for bicycle delivery.
5.Caused mental harassment and trouble as being new in city unloading of material was a big task for me.

My house hold materials was booked by your transport via Gr no 1185 Dt 7/6/11 from Vasundhara,Ghaziabad to bangalore.
material reached after 10 days with missing of Bi-cycle and few damage of other materials.
Due to non availability of unloading labors and no contact person responding from transport same was arranged locally by cash payments of 3000/-.
As there was no any responsible person from your end to check the same all details were mentioned to the GR copy with Driver and balance amount of 3000/- was deducted against unloading and damage charges.
Even after repeated reminders Bi-cycle delivery is still pending causing trouble and monetary loss to me.
Being a responsible civilian and reputed transport I request you to under stand my problem and get the delivery of the Bi-cycle at the earliest possible and inform me to close the issue.
