We had engaged a cab no AP 29 TV6216,DRIVER naveen.k. DC2775 with mobile nos ********10/********28 on 03 Feb for a package of 3 hours.just after 11am within city area and back after over 3 hrs. Hence to pay Rs 650 as per the tariff.The driver took Rs 800/- without even giving the slip/receipt, as is done by taxi cabs. When called immediately, he was evasive and did not refund excess money collected

On call to their tel one mr PHILIP, THEN A LADY ANUPA SUPERVISOR AND then her supervisor took the calls in turn and we had to waste Rs 12 for the call. Finally they booked the complaint no 25685, at about 7pm.and action is awaited..we booked with our mobile


We demand for a refund of excess amount Rs 150/+ Rs 12/ call charges and Rs 300/- as compensation =Rs 472/- as their action amounts to UN FAIR TRADE PRACTICE as per CP act 1986.
