I am IT engineer and curretly working in Banglore in ITPL
for last 1 month I was trying to get some loan from banks but not successed as I am
recently joined , for this purpose I tried to get some loan a private lender then I filled some loan forms on Internet and respose to that one person called me, telling his name as somshekhar, looks like local karnatka person and offer me a loan amount of 3 lakhs on monthly interest rate of 3 % , he asked me for submit all the papers like id proof and adress proof ,bank stme etc and later he gave me a check of 1.5 lakhs ruppes on 3rd person name , as asked me to give signed check to keep as security of his 1.5 lakhs rupees loan . thereafter I put the check in the bank and after 2 days its got bounced and meanwhile he withdrawl 34 thousand from my bank as he is having my bank stmt with him

currently I am carrying his 2 mobile nos and that bounced check as evidence , along with this he used to carry a register in which he is having detail of 50 people with the photographs I belive he is cheating and doing robbery with all these people and accomplish his task below the nose of the police

There is my kind request to you that pl take proper action on this case on priority as might be everyday they are cheating and doing theft somebody
