This is my complaint against Mr Pratheesh who is the ASM in Thrissur. As a customer who has given a booking advance for a vehicle, his attitude towards me was terribly bad.
This has made me take off the booking too. He was reluctant to even call me back as I had to call him and beg behind him to even get an Email. FIAT has made a real big mistake by letting Hyson take such imcompetitive and sick customer service network. Hope this will open the eyes of Hyson officials.
Please go through my grievance below:
- I was contacted by Mr Neeraj from Hyson Motors Thrissur who contacted me last week(around 18th of June 2013). He informed me about the availability of Fiat Punto 1.3 MJD offer for an on road price of 5.5 lakhs. He also informed that he would provide me the following offers without any extra charge :
- Extended warranty for 5 years
- Teflon coating
- Underbody coating
- Mats, Flaps and other accessories like wheel cover
- On this communication, Neeraj asked me to commit the purchase so that he can punch my car. I agreed to this and cancelled all my plans for my other vehicles and decided to go ahead with Hyson.
- Neeraj has personally met me on 21st June 2013 at my house wherein he collected the booking amount and provided me with the dated and signed commitment form. The form specifically states the date, amount taken, model of car booked, offers provided etc.
- Once this was done, I receive a call on Saturday stating that the delivery of my car is doubtful and they can confirm only by Monday that is 24th June 2013. I agreed to this.
- Today(24th June 2013)., I receive the call from your ASM(Mr Pratheesh) stating that he would not be able to process my order and that the car cannot be delivered.
- This is totally unacceptable as I have changed my plans and thereby I have come with with undue and unexpected loss. This includes monitory loss as well as intangible loss of my time and effort.
-Apart from all this, the officials called me and informed that I would not be given any offers as such and I would have to accept what they say.
