Dear Sir /Madam

On 30th DEC'2005 i had purchased one whirlpool iceberg of 310 litres model no-9610 and sl.no-ina053202984.

Just after six months has passed and fridge has stopped working. After making complain your service centre has changed compressor without any cost under compressive warranty.

Again fridge has stopped working due to non functioning relay. Relay has changed on chargable condition.

Again fridge stopped function,cause again compressor. Anyway compressor relaced under warranty but taken charge rs.1200/-

After replacment of compressor again fridge stopped function.

Service centre has taken fridge to their workshop on 6th march'2010 and till now it has not returned to us. Whenever we ask they says that report has send to Patna and Delhi office and waiting for reply. my warranty is being over on 30th dec'2010.
Lastly I have decided to attend consumer court to get justice. you can check my complain on your service record
