This is to bring to the notice of everyone who ever want to be associated with any BPO consultant ever in India. There are a huge lot of them in India especially working very effectively to cheat people from Delhi.
We had a very personal experience and think it is necessary to share to help many aspiring entrepreneurs like me. The name of the company from US outsourcing the project is Global Edge through a company named Yeoman Services and Y One services which has only one employee named Nitin Walia. Nitin sounds very genuine and very professional too in his approach (read initially!)
Work also is prepared very professionally. A support team which is available online for queries and help work...all this is only till they get the work done. This whole team cheats people in two ways. One the QC is not genuine and they bring it low so you don’t qualify. The other modus operandi is payment not coming in. I am caught in the latter operandi where I finished work in 6 months back and still counting days to be paid by Global Edge as promised by Nitin. Now Nitin takes the responsibility to pay on behalf of his client and has not been able to honor his words for reasons best known to him.
A huge upfront has been collected in the name of Data protection and support given. Please beware of these people who have cheated many people like me which unfortunately I realised later. Nitin has paid a company Shanq Web to do internet marketing for him and they write how he has become a victim of Internet Harassment in various sites. Now Nitin has started promoting another company for same Medical Billing project and some UK Voice projects. Sure we will hear more from these soon.
Nitin refuses to give the client identity to understand why they have not paid and he only gives excuses and keeps on buying time very efficiently. I will not spare him and will legally get all the parties involved in this fraud project. Finally Nitin Walia agrees to pay and gives a cheque which has got bounced also.
