Sub: Complaining for warranty card and accessories regarding.

Hello, My Name is UMESH KUMAR KISHOR BHAI KACHHIYA; this complaint is to inform you that I had purchased a car named NEW MARUTI WAGON R VXI BS4-WMR4CD300 from KATARIYA MARUTI SUZUKI SHOWROOM, AT VEGA, BOLELI ROAD, and DIST: VADODARA. On 23rd – July – 2013. My RTO reg.no is GJ 06 FQ 3972. Other details of car is in invoice attached in E-Mail send to you.

This complaint is regarding to offer that we are offered at the time of booking of car and that offers are not being fulfilled by the car showroom people.

When I booked a car, KATARIYA MARUTI SUZUKI SHOWROOM, AT VEGA, BOLELI ROAD, and DIST: VADODARA offered me, If I book a card in the month of June 2013, I will get 3 years of warranty and 4500 Rupees of accessories free. So I booked a car called NEW MARUTI WAGON R VXI to get the benefit of this scheme. But I got neither 3 year warranty card, nor 4500 Rupees of accessories. I had provided only 2000 Rupees of accessories and the rest of are not given.

I had booked this car through the showroom sales man Mr. Dhaval Desai, residing at Bahadarpur, Sankheda, and Dist: Chottaudepur. Recently this man had resigned from this job. So I found need to contact with Showroom manager Mr. Sushil kumar.

I tried a lot to contact to manager, but he refuses this things which I offered by their sales persons. I met him often & often to resolve my problem but they are not taking it seriously and told me that please come after 1 month, 2 month and so on.
You can understand the period from the July 2013 to 26 December 2013 is very long period to wait for these things. We have requested for accessories bill and payment sheet as I had given my old Opel Coursa card in exchange. But still they don’t provide me any of documents.

So, I found need to complaint you directly.
Please go through this detail very seriously, and if you are also unable to short out this problem within 1 month, then we will file a court case in consumer care court, and you are liable to pay whatever we put in complaint.
