Pathetic experience and very rude attitude for not delivering the order
It is very bad experiences with Floraindia online service. I would like to share the experience about Floraindia . “On my wedding anniversary I had placed order for a flower basket and confirmed the order after receiving the confirmation that the flower will be delivery to my wife on 25th Nov 2013, the payment was made online and they debited the money from my account and received confirmation via email and SMS.
My main concern was I placed an order after chatting with executive ( Mr Nitin ) and he had promised me that he will make sure that the delivery of the flower will be made as per the instruction given to us. But Floraindia fail to keep their promise and the flower was not delivered on the time committed.
When I called to customer care to check the reason for the delay in not delivering the order as committed. There was no one who apology for the mistake. It was so surprising to receive such worst behavior from the executive; he was trying to prove that the customer is lying and shamefully refused to accept their mistake made. They were least brother to attend to my concern and take responsibility for the whole goofed up, the response was very much in an abusive manner, worst and rude.
I understand from that there is no value for customer and they are so shameful and disgusting that they refuse to accept their fault .
