Hello,

I placed the above order (Order Reference No : HCOF-13022013231323 ) with them yesterday in www.chennaionlineflorists.com and was confirmed that the order will be delivered on same day itself. This order is for my wife on valenties day special. But this guys still not delivered my order, Am not able to reach Customer care center. I wasted my entire day on keep on writing email and calling to customer care center more that 100 times.

Please look into the matter, and help me.
