I was staying in Bangalore for the past 7 years & recently shifted my job to Kerala. I got duped by the packers & moving company (Interim Cargo Movers) for shifting my luggage from Bangalore to Cochin.. They took full payment on 14March, all my luggage which contains my tv, all my clothes, all my bags, kitchen items & now refuse to deliver it.. First few 6days they kept promising to deliver "tomorrow" & when I threatened to complain, they are saying they never took my luggage & will defend that the receipts were stolen & forged!

I tried posting complaints in various online "Consumer Protection Helpline"s without any response. Since I am not in Bangalore now, I am unable to submit any written complaint anywhere either. HELP!!! "
