Hi my name is parveen dahiya; l live in ghitorni village,new delhi-30, I bought a deal for a permanent tattoo on 14th of aug-11 From deals and you.com. which has an order id 210194 and ref number is 100123340 i fixed an appoinment with the merchant to get the tattoo. once i got the tattoo, the merchant said that deals and you does not pay to them, so i have to pay 799rs again to him which i had allready paid to deals and you by credit card online on the same day when i purchaged the voucher. i let him talk the deals and you representative. she admited that they have problem with merchant. she said that she will rais a request for refund of 799rs. since then i m keep calling them but they were just giving fake commitment that my money will be refund. but today when i again called up to deals and you custmer care, thete was a girl name RUCHIKA Denied that my money will not be returned, and she also refused to transfer the call to thiere seniors and she dissconected the call as well. please help me, what should i do ? this is the hitlor raaj again and DEALS AND YOU is abouslutly not a consumer sentric. i have sent them couple of mails stating that please refund my money becouse vandor has allready insulted me and i have also got two mails from them that they have farwarded the request for the refund but still they are not ready to resolve this mettar. please help me.
