On on 08.02.2012, I have booked (pre-ordered) ubislate7+ aakash tablet in the website www(dot)Ubislate(dot)Com vide booking ID "pm3b5a1" and sent an email to the company requesting to deliver the same.

On 18.02.2012, the company replied through an e-mail stating that
"an offer exclusively for you if you decide to make the payment in advance: you can have a prioritized delivery of your ubifhslate7+ in march! free shipping! normal shipping charges rs.199/- (For india only) will be waived off!"

On 02.03.2012, I sent Rs.2999/- through cheque no.927680 dated 04.03.2012 along with a letter through registered post to the company with request to deliver the item on priority basis.

On 12.03.2012, I received an email from the company stating that they have received the cheque and the item will be delivered "soon".

Since then, I sent seven (7) reminders to the company through emails but received the same reply six times 12.03.2012, 13.03.2012, 16.03.2012, 20.03.2012, 23.03.2012 and 25.03.2012 stating that they have received the cheque and I will receive the ubislate "soon". But I have not received the ubislate.

Whereas, as committed by the company in their first email dated 18.02.2012, I should have been received the item in the month of march but I have not received the same in spite of sending seven (7) reminders to the company.

Moreover, in the FAQ section of the website of the company, it has committed that once payment is made, prioritized deliveries will be given before April.

I request you to kindly take-up this matter urgently as the company is cheating and making the people fool.
