The exchange rate being used by them on settling telephone bills raised in foreign currency is abnormally high. I took matrix mobile card for Australia and they are charging me Rs. 59.19 per AUD which is approx Rs. 3 more than what current interbank rate. They are fooling customers by advertising cheapest rates wherein they are actually cheating customers by charging extra converson charges and not guiding them the entire procedure while purchasing the card. All be careful while taking matrix card.
