Hi,
I have booked the Flat at Aliens Space Station 1 of Aliens Developers.
And Paid the advance and was willing to pay the remaining money as per the payment terms agreed.But inspite of my repative request to make the formal agreement or Agreement of Reservation for the Flat no 601.Agaisnst which i have paid the money.Builder is not willing to provide any agreement as he have sold that Flat no 601 to some one else at a higher price for which he has taken the advance money from me.Now he is not allocating me any flat and asking me to pay higher price then what was agreed and take the flat at a Higher floor by paying floor rise charges.
Please help me in getting the flat for which I have paid the money to the Builder.
I have the receipt as well which Builder has given to me for theadvance i have paid to him and over there it is clearly mentioned the Flat not 601.
If you want any information or proof ,I can provide that.
Also avoid the other people being cheated by the Builder.

These people are a group of jerks who are with the sole intention of cheating and you never know, this may be next Maytas Hill County.
Taking advantage of the loopholes with our current judicial system. They are enjoying all lavishes with customers money and putting them in a fix. Shameless judders.

im also the victim of aliens. i bought flat in 2008 and they promised the handover on nov 11 2011 but nothing happens. my tower is not yet started now they are saying it will be completed by 2015. if i ask cancellation they told that 20% amount will be deducted on total cost of the flat and they will give after completion of the project.
what we should do now. paying 25k as emi without staying in the house how horrible it is?
Aliens are big time cheater , infact all thouse working over there are cheats ..
Any business with This is is putting your self in trouble...
Believe me keep your self away from these cheaters/Dalal.
1.Selling the same flat to more than one customer who ever they get more profit .
2.Not provide the sale of agreement.
3.In case for any reson if you want to retreat , they will give a 6 months post dated cheque which will never get cleared
4.I came to know from internal resources all working in Aliens are all having the fake background and all are cheaters and all the good and honest people left Aliens 2 years back.
5. These gundas are also started giving treats to the customers who ever wanted to file a case against them.
I already started collecting about 1000's email id from Hyderabad and wanted to start the mail chain and alert Hyderabad people about the Aliens cheater .
Also there are few reporters already collected vital clue about this fake venture and going to bombard
very soon ..

I agree.. Aliens are big cheater.. I have booked in Aliens 5 years back and got all sort of false promises for the apartment to be delivered.. Even 11/11/11 did not happen.. I end up in canceling it and still my money is not paid back..

As per your complaint for Flat no 601, We appreciate your coordination but you haven't signed any agreement with us. We always have a prior policy to sign a agreement with our customers. You are the first one to complaint. You can get in touch at our madhapur office any time for further concern. We haven't assigned any flats without prior agreement.
We always focused on our words of mouth.

Aliens Developers are a blood sucking parasites.
They only have 2000 flats but sold about 5000 so far.
They dont construct the flats neither they return the money to the customers, they take your money and buy land for themselves.
They are big cheats!!!
