I am vijayanathan aged 42 a poor person belongs to Guduvanchery suburb of Chennai. Owner of a two wheeler TVS JIVE wide registration no TN-19-B-9406. Had come to Coimbedu for my work had been interupted by Trafic Sub-inspector Saravanan beongs to Arumbakkam Police station. On 23.10.10 evening. Booked me on a charge of Drunken Drive and demanded Rs 2000/-. I was repeatedly informed him that I had not consumed alchohal. He was forcibly taken me to Kilpauk Hospotal and done some unnecessary things. I repeatedly told him to take me a blood and urine test for me that he refused to do, even I have signed in the back side of my test paper to do so, again he has only demanded Rs 2000/-. As he told me that he has to pay to his superiors. I was helpless and had to drop my vehicle with them and left to Guduvanchery by bus, such a pitiable things had happen to a poor person like me. Kindly help me out to return back my vehicle and do necessary action.
