I bought a new Mahindra XUV 500 by exchanging my old car Toyota Etios GD on 17-August-2018. The dealership promised that they will change the name and hypothecation of old car within a month. we paid all amount and dues till then. it is almost 6 months now, still i found that my old car is in my mother's name and even hypothecation is not closed as per Road transport dept. Kerala's records. i notified this issue to the dealership many times before and no action being taken till now.
