I have purchased a relax chair on 31-Jan-2010 from Hilton Enterprises in furniture Expo 2010 conducted by Sakal group in Pune.
I have paid the Rs.1000 as advance to Hilton Enterprises (invoice No: 593) via ICICI debit card (Transaction No: 003108051104).
I have done several reminders to the Hilton Enterprises. I have paid Rs. 1000 as advance to the said party for the chair.
Complainant's Goal: Refund OR deliver the purchased product

HelpDesk => I am not sure where did you send and email to he Hilton Enterprises? Are you sure the email address you obtained is correct one? because I did not provide any email address in the compaint as it is no where mentioned on the bill. I would appreciate if you can send the hard copy of your email and post to Hilton Enterpriceses.
