I am an electrical contractor in northern coalfields limited krisnashila project sir i have lodged a complaint to you before the number is PMOPG I 2015 0087782 and PMOPG E 2015 0006359 The work which was executed by me was 1 Jungle cleaning under the HT LT over headline at that time the the general manager gave the present status of work to you that work was not done but in the present time the payment has been made to me this was all done by them to harass me intentionally by the indication of general manager krisnashila 2 Erection and commissioning of 33kv 6.6kv 10 MVA substation at that time he gave the status that no agreement has been made therefore RA could not be released but the present status is that agreement has been made for forclousure of contract by SO E M but the GM krisnashila is not letting to do the payment 3 Repairing of 33kv VCB and 01 no control panel the general manager gave he answer that consent was sought from the contractor and agreement of gas being done to start the work after obtaining time extention in this work there was no problem in the work RE was being made by SO E M but still now the payment has not been done by the GM krisnashila 4 Erection and comission of OH line 6.6kv for 33 76 dragline at that time the GM gave the answer that this job is now not required due to change of route but at present time my payment has not been made till 5 Erection of 33kv OH line from bina main sustation to krisnashila project at that time they gave the status that full and final bill accepted by the contractor then passed but they gave the wrong information t you the work which was done by me was of 1316409 but the payment was made of 1066274 excess value 250134 this is certified by forman incharge and sr manager and staff officer but the GM is not clearing my RE 6 security deposit APS the answer given by the gm was that security deposit and APS released encloused Annexture A in this some amount of security deposit and earnest money is strucked by him 7 claim of 02 nos of ACs they gave the answer that caim was not authenticated and no such record available but till date the staff officer of Electrical and mechanical department has approved the payment and sent to general manager krisnashila but till date he has hold the bill and approval of my payment Every time when he receives the approval note sheet he writes a query on it and sends it back to the concerned department and askes the concerned officer not to pass the note sheet such a query is asked by him to the department which answer was already written in the notesheet sir he is harssing me since last two years andaccoding to my point of view they are doing this for bribe purpose sir i am requesting you to please take some necessary strict action on them they are always giving wrong answer to you sir please help me to clear up my dues
