I have booked a camera of model canon a2300 from d2hshop.com online on 02.09.13 and the product is to be delivered to me in 7 business day but due to delay in delivery i cancelled the order on 11.09.13 in customer helpline channel and the complaint no is 80512.

The phone executive assured me to refund my cash into bank within 3/4dyas but till 17.09.13 i have not received my cash back.

When I call to the customer helpline they are unable to retrive my complaint status and say call later.
