Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Badrinath from Chennai and the owner of Maruthi Swift VDI car. Yesterday, I gave my vehicle for general servicing in 'CARS India, Gerugambakkam' body shop which is a authorized service center. From the bill generated, I have noted that although the oil change and other required formalities was completed 6 months back on 23/07/2017 they have done the same one more time on yesterday(11/03/2018) which is with in the short period(nearly 6 months). As per the norms, this process is required on two conditions: 1) either the vehicle has run 10,000 KM(2017 service Reading was 48593 KM and 2018 service Reading was 51037 KM) or crossed one year time. Neither the above two events had happend , still 'Cars India' people went ahead and changed them. If this is the case then this leads to question the quality of service they have done earlier. That is they are using sub-standard material in their service or cheating the customers in the name of replacing oil. I am totally disappointed with their service. I am attaching the bills of the two services for your reference. I request you to take action against them by asking them to refund the entire money for their faulty service last time or cancel their license.
