Please note that number of times I observed in Gowthami Express (12738) i.e form Kakinda to Hyderabad that rates moving in the compartments and torn the bags. Further it is submitted that at mid night while the passenger hard sleeping , un-reserved passangers are entered in to the reserved compartments and seat at the edge of lower berths. The TCs Or Police official not take care of them due to that some untoward incidents may be happend . Please take action .
