I am most unhappy person from Mithila Car Pvt Ltd, Meera Road East Thane. My car no.-MH14-BX-1205 met an accident on 18th July'2012, It was towed by them and I visited to Mithila Cars on 19th, Insurance Advisor visited immediately, did survey and given approval to replace few part which wad damaged and also given instruction to Mithila to repair.
I have been doing regular visiting and asking them when my car will be repaired. There is no response from them, They are harassing my, there is no feedback, every day it is being conveyed that it will be done tomorrow. I am suffering since last 25 days, at the time when i went to Mithila It was told to me, that it will be repaired with in week. every day it is being conveyed that they do not have relevant part in Mumbai. I am surprised to hear this, Mumbai is being finance capital. It takes month to repair small damage.
Service Advisor at Mithila are not at all responsive.
I would like to complaint againist them and request you to instruct them to handover my car immediate with out any delay.
