Respected sir,
I have brought a new Hyundai from popular Hyundai showroom, kazhakootam on 26/12/13. The car has just passed 1000km. When I had given my car to the same service centre for to change the front glass on Aug. 19, they have promised me to give back the car within two day but it didn’t happen. When I saw my car again I have totally shocked by seeing its pathetic condition. My car was totally drained by mud water and all its electronic items got damaged, bumper was broken and full of foul smell. Because of these complaints I haven’t received it. And they confectioned it was their own mistake and swear me that they will clear its entire fault within 2 week. But on the day (5/09/13), which they have ensured me to give my car; at night 1:40am I had a call from the showroom that my car met an accident at 12:30am in pirappancode that is outside showroom. When I saw my car on the next day morning the car was severely damaged, its 23 parts including axle, bumper, radiator tank etc. were damaged. All these happened from their side, even after all these things they have forced me to repair on my insurance. After all I didn’t get my car yet. Is this Hyundai service? What will I do? I don’t want that car back again. I need a new car. If I don’t get justice I will surely go for further legal action against the company. I kindly request you to contact me on ********46, ********42 with one who know Malayalam within 1 week. I will attach other evidence to this mail including some photoghaphs.
