I sold my car (TUV 300 automatic version - KA-05-MU-4753) worth around 8 lakhs to one Mr R Anand , Proprietor of S V Car World, J P Nagar 6th phase. Since the car is still under car loan with ICICI bank, he paid me ao n advance of Rs.1.25 lakhs and assured to settle the balance amount in 3-4 months time. In the meantime, he agreed to pay the monthly EMIs to me by giving 4 months of post dated cheques. He has taken the original RC, both the keys, insurance certificate everything from me. However, from the first month onwards his cheques were bounced and every month I had to pay since the car is in my name. I have given police compliant (LPT) with Puttanahalli police station after visiting continuously for 4-5 days. But not able to make an FIR since they said, that the same has to be approved by the Inspector of the station and I was not allowed to meet or get the approval for FIR. Hence, I wasted around 10 days by just giving a LPT and not getting a FIR done and not action taken so far. So the current situation is that the car is being used by someone and I had to pay the EMIs to bank.

I would now like to get back my TUV car and I am willing to pay the advance amount (after deducting the EMIs I paid) to him.
