Below specified resolution of Hi-Tech mobile HT-250

I have bought an Hi-Tech mobile model no HT-250 on 21st july from Amar Enterprises Imphal. I found out that even after setting at the highest resolution & fine quality the result is in VGA resolution and very poor quality blurry images. Tried comlaining the next day to the dealer Amar Enterprises but he refused to provide with a replacement. Then I contacted customer care service at Kolkata and my case got transferred to one Mr. Jabbar, Mobile engineer. Lodged my complaint regarding below specified resolution camera of the mobile phone to him and he failed to contact me inspite of repeated requests to provide a solution.
From my experience it is clear that one should be careful in buying products from Hi-Tech as their products might not always meet specified or advertised features.
