I am facing problem from a stranger named Raj from past 7 years, i have lodged complaint in different police stations for more than 5 times in this past 7 years including women commission at Bangalore, each time they give an acknowledgement letter and close the problem, but it is not resolved till now. Phone calls and messages will stop for a month or two months, but later it ll come back to same stage. I am loosing hopes and feeling helpless, can any body help me. I am getting calls from ********45, ********45. i tried calling 1091 but its not getting connected.

I am sent back saying the case will not come under that particular station in all the places i have approached.

I get upto 200 calls in a day, though i have blocked the no, the problem is not getting solved. Please please help me.
