There was an incident of an old employee threatening me over phone, which was reported with Delhi Police and the that employee asked for apology by phone, by SMS, and before police.

True that my salary was withheld and denied payment following which I made complaint with the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Gurgaon and teh matter was settled amicably. I was paid a lumpsum compensation and I am satisfied.

True that the amount of Provident fund was deducted and deposited with PF as told by the management. In his case only the company is at fault as they have not provided me the proof of my contribution, and the unique ID so that I can withdraw the amount.

Here itself I request Shri Mahimn Sodhani to please provide me the details of the amount deposited with PF in my acount so that I can withdraw my hard earned money.

I too worked in this chor call centre. They steal data of their Australian clients and when they get caught, they make scapegoats of some employees..NEVER EVER join this call centre..
